How Peer Validation Works

  1. You enter your claimed scores - Rate yourself honestly on each SCOREs dimension (0-5)
  2. Generate a validation link - A unique URL is created with your claims encoded
  3. Share with your validator - Send the link to a manager, peer, or direct report
  4. Validator reviews and confirms - They can confirm or adjust each dimension with reasoning
  5. Both receive the validated report - Final score uses 0.85x evidence multiplier (Level 2)

Your Information

Your role affects how dimensions are weighted in the final score.

Company type adjusts how dimensions are weighted:

  • Startup: "Ship it, learn, iterate" — emphasizes Output (+40%), reduces Copy
  • Enterprise: "Reliable, scalable, governed" — emphasizes Copy (+20%), reduces Output
  • Aspirational: "Build AI the right way" — emphasizes Ethical (+20%) and Research
